Wow, its been awhile since i last updated my blog eh...well im back in Penang, Malaysia now though..im gonna update once i have more free time..

Not much of a weekends

nothing much happen today because i sleep untill 5pm+ before my friend called me up and ask me whether is it ok if he come over and make some adjustment to his resume. After everything is done i called up my dear and ask her whether wanna head to Orchard to have a drink or not and she said yes.
Before head down to Orchard me and my friend went to Causeway Point's money changer to change RM(Ringgit Malaysia) to $(Sing Dollar) and to my supprise u know whats the exchange rate?? its $1 = RM3.90 ....its fucking rip off to me but my friend got no choice but to change his RM100 to $ which is only $39.
While in MRT heading to Orchard my friend's bro sms him and tell him that they are goin to Brix again and ask us to join them, so i sms my dear to tell her that i will be goin to Brix later, and she told me then she wont go Orchard because she is still at home.
3mins after i hang up my friend received a call from his bro telling him that the plan has been cancelled. Me and my friend still continue with our plan and head to Orchard.
Just imagine what can 2 broke person can do there?? We head to 7-eleven to buy H20 isotonic drink for me and he buy 2 vitasoy and we sit on the bench outside Takashimaya and chit chat till 11pm before head home.
Too lazy to type anymore.....
Meet up wit sponge and cs in plaza 888 coffee shop where we chat there till 4am before i tell them im tired and i head home..
Guess what?? while im typing this cs and sponge is at below my coffee shop sitting there while waiting for the 1st bus to get home.. LOL... feel pity for them...

Friday
Went to Clarke Quay on friday after with my friend to meet my dear and the rest of bloggers who joined the nuffnang event, im sorry if anyone feels im arrogant but im not, i just dont know how to communicate with people. Joined the duck tour before left the event. 1 thing i would like to say bout the duck tour is its a great opportunity for me and my friend to see the view around the area because both of us are malaysian, but i dont think they coordinate or plan things nicely, no offence to all those who make this event come true, since you wanted to bring us on a duck tour for us to sight seeing then why do you have to bring us walk from Clarke Quay untill Boat Quay? then it would be like we have already see the area while walking? but anyway me and my friends enjoy ourself on the duck tour because we get see Merlion upclose because we never went over there before. Thank you Nuffnang for holding this event.

After the duck tour me and my friend head over to orchard because he need to use my laptop to send out his resume and we cannot do that in Clarke Quay is because everywhere is pack with people, so we head down to starbuck's in orchard beside paragon and my friend do his stuff while i take a short nap there. That night seems dead untill my friend's bro ask him whether we would like to join them over at Brix which is located at Hyatt Hotel. This is the 1st time i went into a pub in Singapore and man i do love that pub because its quite relaxing and doesnt filled with ah beng and ah lian talking loudly and dancing like a chicken.

Head back home at around 2am+ and play game till 5am before heading to bed.

Its been a few days since i posted. Anyway, i have changed my blog skin because a couples for people told me that its hard for them to access my tagboard, do give me some time to edit my blog skin because i dont have much time to spare for my blog because i need chiong O.T this month.

Went to watch Land Of The Lost with my dear at Tampines Mall.
This is the storyline...

Will Ferrell stars as has-been scientist Dr. Rick Marshall, sucked into one and spat back through time. Way back. Now, Marshall has no weapons, few skills and questionable smarts to survive in an alternate universe full of marauding dinosaurs and fantastic creatures from beyond our world--a place of spectacular sights and super-scaled comedy known as the Land of the Lost.

Sucked alongside him for the adventure are crack-smart research assistant Holly (Anna Friel) and a redneck survivalist (Danny McBride) named Will. Chased by T. rex and stalked by painfully slow reptiles known as Sleestaks, Marshall, Will and Holly must rely on their only ally--a primate called Chaka (Jorma Taccone)--to navigate out of the hybrid dimension. Escape from this routine expedition gone awry and they're heroes. Get stuck, and they'll be permanent refugees in the Land of the Lost.

For me, this movie is worth watching even though the storyline is not very good but at least the comedy in the movie makeup for the storyline, there's plenty of jokes and funny moments in this movie, even in 1 part i heard a few audiences clapping their hand, but please be reminded that this movie jokes are lame, so if you are not the type that likes lame jokes please dont waste your time on this movie.

I read this story in the newpaper last couples of day and i would like share with all of you and hopefully manage to raise some awareness about this disease and also hopefully everyone can play a part and help this girl.

'Yes mum, I'll fight monster'

LIKE any kid, little Charmaine Lim loves singing, dancing and cuddling up to her mother.

But unlike most carefree 4-year-olds, Charmaine has stage four cancer and is fighting for her life.

A rib cage that appeared to be higher on one side first alerted her mother, Ms Cynthia Lim, 29, that something wasn't quite right with her daughter.

A 12cm tumour was found growing in Charmaine's right adrenal gland, which is located above the kidney. The diagnosis came after several blood tests and scans at the KK Women's and Children's Hospital (KKH) in February.

The high-risk cancer was found to have spread to her bone marrow and bones.

Charmaine was diagnosed with stage four neuroblastoma, a kind of cancer that occurs in infants and kids.

This form of cancer usually arises in the adrenal glands or in the nervous system related to the adrenal glands.

Charmaine is undergoing treatment at the National University Hospital (NUH).

So far she has undergone four rounds of chemotherapy with surgery to remove the tumour coming up next week.

And if she continues with her treatment in Singapore, she will also undergo a bone marrow transplant after her fifth round of chemotherapy next month.

There is an alternative form of treatment offered in the US, but it is not certain whether Charmaine will be able to get it.

Nausea

Meanwhile, she has to grapple with difficult lifestyle changes.

She no longer mixes freely with other kids in the playground or attends nursery school, because her lowered immunity puts her at high risk of falling ill.

The chemotherapy has caused her once lush locks to fall out and her skin to darken. In addition, she suffers from bouts of nausea and vomiting.

Stage four neuroblastoma among children is rare, but Charmaine is not the youngest such patient in Singapore.

Dr Chan Mei Yoke, senior consultant of haematology and oncology services at KKH, said one baby had stage 4S neuroblastoma when it was born at the hospital a few years ago. The 4S category refers specifically to newborns with the condition.

She said there are about three to six new neuroblastoma cases a year in Singapore.

'This makes up roughly 6 per cent of all childhood cancers,' she said. 'Leukaemia is the most common form of cancer in children here.'

An NUH spokesman said its youngest patient is a 4-month old baby with brain tumour.

'Neuroblastoma is a very rare cancer. Leukaemia and brain tumours are the top two childhood cancers.'

The spokesman added that while neuroblastoma is rare, stage four is unfortunately common in those that suffer from this form of cancer.

She noted: 'It occurs about 41 per cent of the time.'

Stage 4S, which occurs in infants, in comparison, occurs in about six per cent of all kids with neuroblastoma, she said.

The condition is usually diagnosed by the age of 5 and hardly occurs after the age of 10, said the spokesman.

Despite the treatments, the odds of Charmaine's survival stands at a slim 20 per cent, according to her medical report.

Now her mother is 'hoping against hope' to boost her daughter's chances of survival.

Ms Lim is pinning her hopes on the alternative treatment called 3F8, which Charmaine's NUH medical report noted, could help boost her chances of survival to as much as 40 to 50 per cent.

But this treatment is available only at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York.

It's also very costly - US$350,000, which is slightly more than $500,000.

That's a hefty sum for Ms Lim, a divorcee who quit her project management job at a water treatment company to look after her daughter full-time.

She is barely coping with the NUH medical bills which is estimated at about $80,000.

Next month or in August, Charmaine would either have to proceed with the bone marrow transplant locally or head overseas for several doses of the 3F8 drug.

Ms Lim is hoping to raise the $500,000 by then and is seeking help.

Her strong desire to save her daughter at all costs has changed her, she said.

'In the past I was more proud. I used to think that I could solve any problem on my own, but now I'm literally begging people to help me,' Ms Lim said.

She wants to do everything possible to keep her daughter alive. Most of all, she encourages Charmaine to fight on.

Perhaps Charmaine's fighting spirit is best seen when her mother talks about the 'monster' inside her.

She always replies: 'Yes, I will fight with the monster.'

She gets by on donations, savings, but needs more

AS a mother, Ms Cynthia Lim had little interest in cancer - until her daughter was diagnosed with it.

'When I first found out (about the cancer), it was terrible,' she said.

'I couldn't stop crying because the fear of losing her is very great.

'Before this, cancer was a very distant topic to me, something which I didn't know much about.'

Ms Lim lives in a four-room HDB flat in Punggol with Charmaine, her son, Jase, 5, her cabby father, 67, and mother, 66, and a younger brother, 27, a civil servant.

Since quitting her job, she gets by on her savings and her ex-husband's monthly maintenance payments of $1,300.

With donations from friends and well-wishers amounting to about $50,000 and her own Medisave, footing Charmaine's local medical bills seems achievable.

But Ms Tan hopes to raise the $500,000 needed to seek treatment in New York to improve Charmaine's chances of survival.

To update friends on Charmaine's situation, as well as to seek donations, Ms Lim and three friends set up a blog, www.ourfeistyprincess.com, in March.

Friends like Ms Josse Tan, 37, are helping Ms Lim with the fund-raising.

She said: 'I told Cynthia that whatever is within your control, you do it. Whatever is not within your control, let it go.'

Charmaine has not let her illness and medical treatment affect her bubbly spirit and sweet nature.

While she was shy and wouldn't answer questions from this reporter, her personality shone through in other ways.

Her playful side came out when she bargained with her mother for more sweets.

Ms Lim said: 'Two for you and two for kor kor (Hokkien for big brother).'

But Charmaine responded coyly: 'No, four (for) me and four for kor kor.'

(I hope everyone will play apart in helping this girl so that she can have a second chance. You dont have to be generous and donate alot, i believe the population in Singapore should be at least 1.5million, even if 1 person donate $1 it will be more than enough to help Charmaine to undergo her treatment)

Hello to all those bloggers and friends who browse through my blog.
I feel its time for to share with you all about my life when im in penang till now where im working in singapore, i hope my post today will reach out to those who are currently in foreign country looking for job and those who think they have nothing left in their lifes.

I was born on 6th may 1987 in Penang, Malaysia.
I enroll in Trinity Methodist Church in Penang on year 1992 - 1993 before i move on to primary school on 1994 in Pykett Methodist (Now renamed to Sekolah Kebangsaan Pykett). I was actively involved in school activities such as Badminton, Table Tennis, Football and Athletic.
I would stay back after school everyday for my cca activities. Even though i represent my school team in Badminton and Table Tennis but i never got a chance to participate in any of the sport because of my school cancel all state competition on our school so that we can concentrate on our studies.
But that doesnt stop me from training everyday and eventually i managed to earn gold medal in my sports day for High Jump, 100 meters, 4 x 100 meters and Badminton for 3 years in a row.
I graduate from Pykett Methodist on 1999 after passing my UPSR with 3 a's for English, Malay and Maths before moving to Methodist Boy's School to start my Secondary school from year 2000 till 2004.

Everything went wrong went i mixed with wrong people and end up skipping school regularly and involed in fights. To make matter worst my love life came crushing down after one another and its a big blow for me so i tried to commit suicide in school by cutting my hand and swallow panadols at school and end up admitted to hospital for 4 agonizing days.
After i check out from hospital i thought things will be alright but i was wrong, everyday at school i have to go through numerous caunseling session which lasted for weeks because i dont cooperate with Befrienders ( Befrienders are a non profit organisation formed up to help those who have problem).
As you know when you are young and you have a hot temper, so regularly i would involved in fights in and outside of school, i even treated my parents badly and threaten to send my dad to old folk's home when im 21 if he keep on scolding me.

I believe most of the teenagers nowadays will go through the same probblem as me...you know why??
That's because we always keep all the problem in us and dont wanna share it with your parents.
You can ask my friends how many times my heart has been broken and how many times i tried to kill myself. Ask yourself is it worth it?
Everytime people look at my hand and ask me whats with your all the scars on your hand? I would tell them i commit suicide because of love, they would say im stupid but i never regret doing all that because thats my past, and without my past i wont be here writting about my life to share with all of you.

After i graduate from Secondary School even though i got expelled halfway through Sec 5 but im still allow to take my SPM i started my working life as an apprentice in Car Acssesories shop in Jalan Pahang which belong to my cousin's husband, i work there for 2months and before i quit there i managed to strike a deal with my cousin's husband to install Audio system in my car for RM2,000 which i told him i will pay him by installment.
I tried to work in quite alot of place in 2 years time even though i always work like 2-8monts for each job such as a waiter in Shangri La's Shang Palace, Duaria Motor's Kia as salesman, Eon's Mitsubishi as salesman, Sime Darby's Hyundai as salesman, Ss Realtor's as Property Agent and Citibank as Credit Card department, Cubar and Hardwicke @ Bistro as waiter cum bartender.
While working in all those job, 1 things i will never grow bored of and that is driving my car around. I started to race illegally in Gurney Roundabout when im 17 before started street's racing. My obsession for racing and styling keep growing till i wanna upgrade to a better engine so basically all my salary i get at the end of the month i will invest on my car.
Im driving a Proton Satria at that time which belong to my mother but i keep modding it till my mother dont even dare to drive it so the car can consider to be mine =) .
My passion for racing grew and i seek help from my mother to transplant an engine and with the financial support from my mother i managed to sought Mivec 1.6 RS which at that time cost around RM6.5k in Butterworth and i quickly pay RM500 as deposit.
A few days before i transplant my engine i was involved in an accident on Balik Pulau which almost took my life but i was lucky because my car was hold by 2 trees before my car manage to plunge down of the cliff. Because of the incident my mother dont allow me to transplant engine anymore.

This is the article about my accident

2 years has passed since the accident and i managed to brain wash my mother to allow me to transplant engine because all my friends car is faster than mine because mine is just 1.3cc which is around 60horsepower?
I managed to transplant to Mitsubishi GSR 1.8T at last for RM10,000 but things doesnt end there because my engine was not in a very good condition so untill now i still havent fully mod up my car yet.

Im gonna fast forward now to 2008.
I managed to meet a girl which i think is the one i wanna spend the rest of my life with. Even though im 21 at that time and she is 30 but for me age does not matter because i trully love her alot, but in the end same she leave without a reason, feeling heart broken and got no path to walk i decided to take a risk and come to Singapore to start over a new life.
My life when i first started to come Singapore is as worst as hell because i got no friends at all and im staying at my aunt's place. She usually sleep at 10pm and back in Penang i usually sleep at 2am so i would go down to 7 eleven to buy newspaper and some snack and i would sit on the bench below my HDB to smoke and read newspaper till 2am before going back up to sleep.
This goes on for a few weeks and at that time i really feel like crying because there's no one there to support me and no one to talk to. But thanks to my friend back in Penang, he managed to get hold 1 of his friends number and tell him im down here so he contacted me and bring me around when he is free. He was a member of SPI (Singapore Paranormal Investigator) back then so he introduce me to join and i glad i did because from there i get to know Sponge and he is the 1st friend i know in Singapore and he would accompany me go out whenever i feel boring, so Sponge, thank you for what you did and i appreciate it.

It tooks me 2 months to find a job in Singapore, and since then i get to know more and more friends and i even get to find back my love life where i thought i lost forever here.

Sometimes when things doesnt go your way doesnt mean its the end for you, it just a new beginning.Please stay strong in your life and i believe things will go your way if you have a positif thinking.
For those who are job hunting in a foreign country like my good friends Euwayne, dont give up yet, i know its hard for you now because you have to depend on yourself, have faith in yourself, when i come to Singapore i would never imagine i would be able to survive on myself but i did.
Things doesnt come easily because if it does you will never appreciate it.

Confrontation with China Man Part II and trip to Da Vinci Exhibition

let's recap what happened in the last couples of day starting from sunday which is 7th June 2009.

Nothing much happened on Sunday, me and my dear went to Science center and Da Vinci Exhibition to have a look at Da vinci invention. I wont say much bout the trip because i dont wanna spoilt the fun for those who havent go.

There's a few thing i dont like when i was in the Da Vinci exhibition hall is...

there is 1 couple there make fun of Da Vinci creation. Cmon man, if you dont like dont come in and to make yourself look stupid
there is 1 children keep on crying and shouting and this frustrate me alot.
all the painting and invention inside is all REPLICA !! . Why the fuck should i pay to see replica??
all around the exhibition hall there you will see a few LCD TV on the wall showing us information bout Da Vinci's Life or how the technic he used to paint, so as you know alot of people will gathered infront of the LCD and watch the documentary. I was standing behind this girl and she keep move her head, it was like when she move her head left i tilt my head right, then suddenly she tilt right again. Limpek sipek tulan because she keep tilting left and right. I feel like i wanna ask her whether she had some ecstassy before she come over??
everytime when i was watching the documentary confirm suddenly got 1 girl stand infront of me and block my view!! whats up with girls nowadays?? they dont know manners??

My conclusion..

My money i spend on the ticket on Da Vinci Exchibition is well worth it because i get to learn alot of stuff and also get to spend some understanding the passion my dear have for Da Vinci.

1 thing i would like to say is
"If Da Vinci is still alive today i believe those girls who block my view will be busy sucking Da Vinci's DICK especially the ecstassy girl because i think she is training how to BLOW Da Vinci's DICK if she could go back to the era of Da Vinci."

China man incident Part II
On thursday he told me to wait for friday because he wear slipper on that day. So the day have arrived and i confront him by walking in to his warehouse telling him that yesterday he told me to wait for today, so i tell him since today he wear track shoe then what he wanna do to me?
When he was about to stand up suddenly the head of security of the building showup and he showed me his badge and told me not to find trouble here.

Out of nowhere all my colleague rush in and 1 of them ask the security that he(china man) yesterday threaten to beat me today. The security ask all of us to go outside, so we walk to the loading bay and the china man ask one of my colleague to the toilet area and show him what happen the other day.

You know what he told my colleague?? he told him that he went in 1st then i barge in!! i just explode and went straight to him and before i manage to hit him my colleague stop me. Everyone gathered at the toilet area including head of security, china man's boss and his colleague.

All of them trying to calm me down and my warehouse security pulled me away and told me to calm down.

As the china man trying to explain to my colleague that im the one who started the fuss, my colleague tell him that the day of the incident time there got witness saw what happen and after that he just keep quiet.

The china man'a boss approach me and told me not to make any fuss because it is only a minor problem and so i agree and me and his boss shake hand while his colleague pull him back to the warehouse.

I tot everything is over untill he come out again and his colleague told me that he wanted to say sorry so i tot if he wanted to say sorry then maybe i should say sorry as well, but you know what he tell me??

The 1st sentence come out from his mouth is not "im sorry" but " you're the one who bang the door on me" i got so pissed off and i just shout FUCK YOU and i point middle finger at him. I cant really remember what he say after that but all i know is i keep cursing his family and point middle finger untill his colleague pull him back to the warehouse.

While halfway walking he turn back and he "Wo Men Chung Gua Ren Bu Shi Huan Ren Jia Pi Chong Zie" (We chinese dont like people to point us middle finger) and you know what i reply??

I shouted while pointing middle finger at him and say " Ni Bu Shi Huan, Ni Hui Chong Gua" (You dont like then you go back china lar)
All he can do is keep scolding and what i just keep waving goodbye to him till his colleague pulled him into the warehouse. So thats how it end with no one emerged victory.

After that my colleague say that i damn GuaiLan because im a foreigner as well and i call another foreigner to go back china LOL...

So after that we all just return to work as normal...

Servants steal RM4m while boss is on holiday

I guess this maids will become milionaire when they reached India.
You have to give credits to them for managed to pull this off.
I guess this phrase will be suitable for them.
"When you owe someone RM100, its your problem,
When you owe someone RM4million, its their problem"

TWO maids stole RM4mil worth of valuables and cash from their employer, a Datuk, while he and his family were holidaying abroad.
China Press reported that they stole jewellery, Rolex watches, ornaments and RM100,000.
The theft was discovered when the 45-year-old employer returned to his luxury home in Kuala Lumpur on Monday.
The two maids, who had been serving their employer for years, knew where the valuables were kept.
Immigration records showed that the maids left the country before the Datuk returned from his holiday. Kuala Lumpur police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Muhammad Sabtu Osman confirmed the case and said police were seeking the help of Interpol and the Indian police to trace the maids’ whereabout.

Heated arguement between me and china guy because of toilet =.=

Today is not a good day for me, im just gonna cut all the crap bout goin to work and do my stuff.

So let's fast forward to lunch time. Usually i will take a nap while waiting for my colleague to help me to buy food because i lazy to walk all the way to food court. Im gonna fast forward again till i finnish my lunch.

Im walking out to the loading bay to throw my garbage, after that i wanted to go to the toilet and wash my hand but someone is inside so i waited outside, beside me was a china guy working in the warehouse just next to us and he is waiting to go to the toilet as well.

After awhile the guy come out so i as i was halfway entering the toilet door, the china guy waiting with me just now suddenly pull the door and i was like stuck halfway, at 1st i thought he accidentally do that, but out of a sudden he rush into the toilet and push the door to hit me because im in the way of the door.

I got pissed off but i still keep my cool and i look at him, he tell me that he is here 1st, i know that he waited for the toilet 1st, but i told him that i just wanted to wash my hand. You know what he do next?? He open the tab but he put his hand so near to the tab that i cant even get any water.

I guess you all know what happen next, all hell broke lose, i cursed at him..below are the conversation between me and him...in english but i speak chinese with him at that time.

Me - fuck your mother, whats wrong with you.
China guy - i was here 1st.

Me - i know, i just want to wash hand very fast only.
China guy - * splashed water on my face*

Me - Fuck You, what the hell you want!!

then his colleague come over and ask me what happen then he shouted at his colleague in chinese * Non of your business*.

I managed to wash my hand in the end so i walk out and just outside the toilet there is a chair and table where i sit there and smoke, his colleague is still standing there resting and my colleague which happen is there talking with his gf when the incident happened.

After he hang up his phone he ask what happen and i told him the story, then i turn over to his colleague and ask him whats wrong with that guy? He just shake his head.

I thought everything is over....untill he come our from the toilet and stare at me while i was still sitting on a chair at that moment. I look at him and ask him what he want summore? He told me that he mood is not good today so dont mess with him.
after that he say this to me.." Today i wear slipper, you dare you wait tomorrow!!"

I was like WTF?? what does it have to do with slipper? China people fight with safety boots?
I shouted back at him very loud ask him whether he want to fight or not?
anyway, my colleague got pissed off hearing him say that and confronted him, he pushed my colleague and my colleague shouted at him and tell him " Now you touch me, you wanna fight is it?? This is singapore you know, not china"

I grabbed a Mcdonalds lime green glass which are now available if your upsize your value meal and wanted to smash at his head but his colleague hold me hand and managed to pull the idiotic guy away.

A few of my colleagues hear my shouting in the warehouse so they come out and check what is happening so i tell them what happen and they are pissed off as well because the china guy splashed water on my face and threaten me. They told me i should have beat him just now because it like an insult to splash water on people's face.

After that smoke a couples more cigg before continue my work as usual.

Let's just see what will he do tomorrow. I cant wait to see. Oh yea, i found out there's already a few people wanted to beat him because of his attitude and he even tell the security of the building that he will wait him outside because the security move his stuff because his stuff is blocking the main power switch.

Thats all for now.. and screw you CHINA GUY!!! GO BACK AND TAKE CARE YOUR FARM MAN!!

Raining in the morning for 2 straight days, i dont know if you all would believe me or not, at my workplace, there 2 wooden frog ( 1 male and 1 female) where you take a stick rub against the neck of the frog and it will make a frog sound, this 2 wooden frog belongs to my team leader and he got this 2 frog with him since he is working in changi south ( since last year our warehouse has been relocated to changin north).

This is the weird part, this is what my colleague told me, back when they are still at changi south, it all started when my team leader play with it, guess what??
After 30mins it started to rain. At 1st they didnt realise anything till everytime when they play with the frog, rain will follow soon after, well it might be coincidence, i dont really believe it myself because i only started to work then they move to changi north.

I didnt even know my team leader got this 2 wooden frog with him untill last 2 days, i dont know how come he display it on his table, as 1 of my colleague pass by his table and he notice the frog so he keep playing it non stop, of course i look at him when he play with this frog and give him the look and the expression that say "so big liao but still like children like that keep playing with the frog"

He tell me that back then when they are in change south whenever they play with the frog it will rain after 30mins, everytime back there believe that by playing with the frog it will make rain.

But of course i dont believe,so 30mins have passed and no rain, same goes after 1 hour and the following hour. So i tot they are joking, but when i wake up on wednesday morning it was raining, at that point i didnt think of anything so i just get to work and do my stuff i would normally do, around noon time my colleague come over and tell my team leader that now the frog effect is so slow now, it used to rain after 30mins of playing it but now it takes roughly a day for it to takes effect.

Then yesterday noon, they play with the frog again, and guess what, it did rain today right? is it coincidence or what? you guess yourself.
For me i dont really believe, but after so many days of hot and humid weather, exactly when they play with the frog and the next morning it started to rain for 2 consecutive days, i started to believe it.
Let's see tomorrow if it rain again because they play with it today as well.

Indonesian model tells of escape from 'abusive' Malaysian prince

A teenage US-Indonesian model has returned to her family in Indonesia with tales of abuse, rape and torture at the hands of a Malaysian prince, after her dramatic escape with the help of Singapore police.
Manohara Odelia Pinot, 17, told reporters she was treated like a sex slave after her marriage last year to Tengku Temenggong Mohammad Fakhry, the prince of Malaysia's Kelantan state.
Her mother, Daisy Fajarina, said she would press charges against the 31-year-old prince, and blamed the Malaysian and Indonesian governments for trying to cover up the alleged abuse.
"The things I've been afraid of were revealed to be true. Manohara has suffered physical abuse. She's got several razor cuts on her chest," Fajarina told AFP on Monday.
"No parent could be silent if their child was treated in such a barbaric way."
The Malaysian government had ignored her pleas for access to her daughter and had blocked her from entering the country, she said, while the Indonesian embassy had said that Manohara was fine with her new husband.
But the young woman -- a well-known socialite in Jakarta -- said her life at the royal palace involved a "daily routine" of rape, abuse, torture and occasional drug injections that made her vomit blood.
She said she was usually held under guard in her bedroom at the palace and was injected with tranquilisers whenever she complained.
"I am still traumatised by all that happened and it has left an impact on me," she told reporters in Jakarta on Sunday, after escaping the royal family during a trip to Singapore over the weekend.
"Sexual abuse and sexual harassment were like a daily routine for me, and he did that every time I did not want to have sexual intercourse," she was quoted as saying in The Jakarta Globe.
"I could never think a normal man could do such things," she said, adding: "Some parts of my body were cut by a razor."
"I've been treated like an animal. I'm like his property and I was in his room and whenever he wants to play with me he just goes into the room and plays with me. I'm like an object."
The teenager -- whose fairy-tale wedding to a prince captured the imagination of Indonesia -- said she would be tortured if she did not appear to be happy when she attended social functions with Fakhry.
She said she secretly called Singaporean police and pleaded for help after the royal family took her to Singapore when they accompanied Fakhry's father, Sultan Ismail Petra Shah II, for medical treatment.
"The police told Fakhry that he would be held in jail if he did not let me go. No one could force me against my will in Singapore and I knew I had a chance to escape," she said.
The model once voted as being among Indonesia's "100 Precious Women" said she escaped her guards by pushing the Singapore hotel elevator's emergency button.
They were reluctant to chase her because they knew the scene would be captured on security cameras.
She blasted the Indonesian embassy in Malaysia, saying: "They made it worse by telling lies, saying that I was fine while I was suffering in Kelantan."
A spokesman for the Indonesian foreign ministry insisted the embassy had done everything it could to help Manohara and said the government would assist her if she wanted to file charges against her husband.
But Malaysian Deputy Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin said the government would not investigate the allegations.
"I think this is more of a personal matter. To date we have not been dragged into it, so we want to leave it as it is," he told reporters in Kuala Lumpur.
Malaysia's royal rulers used to enjoy immunity from criminal and civil charges but the privilege was removed in 1993.
There has been no comment from the Kelantan royal family.
Manohara's lawyer, Yuri Darmas, said she would have a medical examination to back up her allegations of abuse.
"We need one to two days to gather evidence before we file a lawsuit to the Malaysian police," he said, adding that he intended to pursue criminal and civil lawsuits against the prince.
Manohara has already filed for divorce, her mother said.

SINGAPORE: Singapore’s health ministry has confirmed the country’s first influenza A (H1N1) case, a 22-year-old local woman who picked up the virus after visiting New York.
The ministry said in a statement Wednesday that the woman was in New York from May 14 to 24, and reported developing a cough on her flight back to Singapore earlier this week.
The ministry says it has quarantined people with whom the woman has been in close contact and is searching for passengers who were on the same flight from New York.-AP

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia Today news portal editor Raja Petra Kamarudin was slapped with a second arrest warrant when he failed to show up for his criminal defamation trial at the Sessions Court here.
Sessions Court judge Mohamad Sekeri Mamat issued the warrant as well as a show-cause notice to the former ISA detainee’s wife and bailor Marina Lee Abdullah for not being in court to explain his absence.
The earlier arrest warrant against Raja Petra was issued by the Petaling Jaya Sessions Court on April 23 when he failed to show up for his sedition trial. He had claimed trial on May 6 last year to publishing a seditious article in his news portal on April 25.
Raja Petra, 59, had on July 17 last year claimed trial to three counts of criminal defamation over his statutory declaration on the murder of Mongolian translator Altantuya Shaariibuu.
The father of three boys and two girls is alleged to have defamed Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor in a libellous statement in the declaration he affirmed on June 18.
He also faces two similar charges pertaining to Lt-Kol Norhayati Hassan and her husband Lt-Kol Abdul Aziz Buyong.
Raja Petra is said to have committed the offences at High Court (Civil 5) at the Jalan Duta court complex at 10.25am on June 18 last year.
At the outset of court proceedings, DPP Anselm Charles Fernandis applied for the arrest warrant and show-cause notice, saying that both Raja Petra and his wife were aware that the trial was set for three days from yesterday.
Counsel Amarjit Singh Sidhu told the judge that the defence team was waiting to get a trial date at the Court of Appeal for their appeal against the transfer order in the case.
Fernandis told the judge that this was a separate matter.
The judge agreed and issued the order and show-cause notice and set July 2 for mention.
Raja Petra had failed in his bid on Feb 13 to have his case transferred back to the magistrate’s court for trial.
He had on Nov 25 applied to the High Court to have his case heard by the magistrate’s court.
Subsequently, High Court Judicial Commis-sioner Zainal Azman Ab Aziz ruled that the decision by magistrate Nazran Mohd Sham on Aug 15 last year to transfer the case to the Sessions Court upon application by the Public Prosecutor was in order.
Raja Petra claims to be in a self-exile from Selangor because of a dispute with the state’s Palace.
He said in his news portal that he would not be attending the hearings, not only because of his brush with the Palace but that he also feared another ISA arrest. He also said that he did not want to face possible treason charges.
According to press reports, the police believe that Raja Petra is in Brisbane.

Telling your wife she's not pretty may soon be an offence

KOTA KINABALU: A husband telling his wife that she is no longer pretty in an attempt to humiliate her can be classified as an emotional violence offence if amendments are made to the Domestic Violence Act (DVA)1994.
The plan is to amend the DVA for the inclusion of a clause on emotional violence against women.
Currently, they are only protected only against physical abuse, Women's Development Department director-general Datuk Dr Noorul Ainur Mohd Nur said.
She said on Wednesday that the aim for proposing the amendment was to safeguard women both physically and emotionally.
Dr Noorul said emotional violence was a form of abuse that would deeply scar a woman and lower their self-esteem, dignity and self-confidence.
“It could be a case where her husband tells his wife she is ugly or humiliates her until she feels emotionally pressured,” she told reporters at the end of a seminar on how to curb violence against women at Wisma Wanita here.
She added they were in the process of bringing the proposed amendments to Parliament.
State Community development and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Azizah Mohd Dun closed the seminar organised by Sabah Women’s Affairs Department.
Azizah, in her speech, said that there was a need for the law to protect emotional violence against women.
Azizah said there were a total of 99 cases of violence against women in Sabah in the first quarter of 2009 compared to 220 cases during the same period last year which was reported to the police.

Back in singapore in the end. landed safely at Senai international airport in johor at around 1.30pm.
Sponge is already at my house when im halfway back to singapore to join me and my gf for lunch.
After lunch we went over to causeway point to watch Night At The Museum 2, which i think is a good movie compare to previous installment Night At The Museum which have more action,comedy and more historic character than the previous one.
So i would give this movie a 3/5.

Anyway, lets talk bout my Penang trip,
Well, nothing much to say bout my trip to Penang, not much photo as well cause my gf forget to bring her camera to Penang. I celebrate my birthday party on Friday (22nd May) , yea yea i know my birthday is on 5th May but i cant get my leave so i got no choice but to celebrate with my friends in Penang on 22nd May. Thanx to those who attended my birthday party ( Ashley you skip my birthday party this year, you better come next year) . I only hang out with 2 groups of friends in Penang ( 1 group consist of racers and the other 1 consist of drinker and clubber) and you guess what did they giv me?

After my birthday party have ended, we head up to my house and was suppose to have a 20+ years old Martell but sadly the Martell is spoilt, me and my mum cannot believe that after keep this stupid Martell for 20+ years then only we realise that its Duty Free!!! but i wont let this Martell to spoil the fun so i drive over to my old apartment and grab another bottle of Otard which is about the age of Martell as well and let them enjoy.

So we went to Penang for 5 days, Shhhhh, tell you something, the only food in Penang my gf actually finnish all up is Ramlee burger and Chu Char, the rest she can't finnish. I really enjoy myself over in penang especially with my gf as my companion.

Its time for me to sleep now, oh yea, Ashley i do read your blog and thank you for hanging out with us, i hope we can do this more often in the future.

2 more days before i go back to the land where i can say keongkanlar, mak cibai, mak puki etc... and they actually understand.
Penang here i comeler, when i go back i need to do alot of stuff like cutting my hair, dye my hair, eat pizza, eat dim sum, eat lok lok, eat burger and definitely take my car out for a spin.

I guess i should stop dreaming 1st lol..anyway, today my colleague already come back from his leave ( how lucky are him get to rest so many days at home) . My work today, most of the time i juz berek berek (eat snake) because my team leader MC today haha. I guess most of you all will be wondering how come im so afraid of my team leader? and how come he is like watching me all the time. Well, thats because he sit just beside me!! thats shit right.

Not much happening todayler, just that i realise if i didn't use my laptop at nite i will be able to wakeup early in the morning and feel energetic, i think maybe is because since at work im already facing the monitor so when you see monitor too long you will tend to get tired.

Im still so excited bout going back to penang =) . aiyaa. i lazy to post liaoler...i will try to post and take some photo when im in penang. oh ya, im gonna record down the timing of my car from 0-100km/h and 0-180km/h, will post it in my blog once i manage to record down.

KUALA TERENGGANU: Revellers at a recent wild party on Pulau Perhentian are believed to have had a sex orgy before Besut District Council (MDB) enforcement officers moved in on them.
It is learnt that this was the second time a wild party was held on the island.
The first, themed “Buffalo Bars Pink Lady”, was organised on May 3 where it is learnt that there was sexual intercourse between revellers.
On the “Come bare under the moonlight’’ party on May 10, council officer Razman Ahmad, who led the team, said he was startled to find condoms strewn on the secluded beachfront where the party was held.
“I can’t disclose more facts as the council has lodged a police report on the matter, but I can tell you that there were activities associated with sexual intercourse on that night and this was substantiated by the discovery of sex paraphernalia,” Razman said yesterday.
He declined to elaborate whether he witnessed the revellers having sex when council officials arrived at the scene.
Investigations showed the organiser was a 31-year-old man from Kedah who arranged the party with his girlfriend from Ireland.
It is learnt that police were investigating her for organising similar parties, including in Langkawi and Port Dickson, and that she was responsible for posting the invitation on her Facebook.
Razman added that the scantily-clad teenagers, some of them foreigners, were intoxicated when his team arrived at 1am in two speedboats.
He said he decided to call his superior to brief him on the situation, following which, the police were informed and 15 officers arrived at the scene.
The officers seized alcoholic drinks worth about RM90,000, loudspeakers, audio equipment, psychotropic pills, drug and sex paraphernalia during the raid.
The party was attended by 200 teenagers, who were invited via Facebook.
Of the first party, council president Wan Mustafa Wan Hassan said the officers were unable to reach the site on time as they received the tip-off late.
Wan Mustafa said the council has slapped the couple involved in the second party with a RM25,000 fine under the Entertainment Act 2002 for organising a party without permit.
A police report has also been lodged.

Malaysia confirms first case of A(H1N1) flu

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia on Friday confirmed its first case of the A(H1N1) flu in a 21-year-old student who returned from the United States on Wednesday morning.

All the 192 passengers on the Malaysia Airlines flight MH091 from Newark on Wednesday are urged to contact the Health Ministry by calling 03-88810200 or 03-88810300

Health Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said the case made Malaysia the 36th country to be affected by the virus.

Health officers at the Sungai Buloh Hospital on high alert after the first A (H1N1) flu case found in a 21-year-old student who returned from the United States on Wednesday morning.

“Malaysia is now on high alert,” said Liow, who is in London now, enroute to Geneva, for a World Health Organisation meeting. He added he would return earlier than his scheduled return next Friday.

Meanwhile, A statement by the Health Ministry's director-general, Dr. Ismail Merican, said the young man was hospitalised on Thursday for fever, sore throat and body aches.

Tests confirmed that he was infected with the A(H1N1) virus, the statement said. He is receiving anti-viral treatment and was in stable condition, it said.

Ismail said the ministry had contacted members of his family but they have not been placed under quarantine.

Ismail said his department was taking steps to protect public health and that there was no reason to panic.

Meanwhile, in Putrajaya, acting Health Minister Datuk Seri Kong Cho Ha said later Friday that the fact that Malaysia’s first A(H1N1) patient managed to pass through the scanners at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) undetected was in no way indicative of scanners’ failure.

Kong said the scanners installed since the start of the global alert on the disease traced elevated body temperature levels in travellers coming into the country and did not pick out the 21-year-old student flying in from the United States as the symptoms were not showing yet.

He said the virus had a two to three day incubation period during which none of the symptoms linked to the disease were visible and that was why he passed undetected by the scanner after his flight landed at 7.15am on Wednesday.

He said the Health Ministry would continue to use the scanners at entry points and continue with all the precautionary measures it had taken since the global alert was first issued and there were no plans to tighten measures further.

“The ministry has taken all the possible precautionary measures to control and contain the disease after the WHO (World Health Organisation) issued a level five alert so we are calling on the public not to panic as the situation is under control.

“I also want to assure the people that we will make public any information related to the disease that we have just as we did with our first case confirmed today,” he said.

Meanwhile, Bernama reported that a man from Bukit Mertajam held under observation at the isolation ward of the Penang Hospital has been declared free of Influenza A (H1N1).

"We just got a report that the blood test on the 26-year-old man was negative," State Health, Welfare, Caring Society and Environment Committee chairman Phee Boon Poh said when contacted by Bernama Friday.

A test on a sample of his blood had been sent to Kuala Lumpur.

The man was kept for observation Thursday after he was found to have fever and symptoms similar to those of Influenza A (H1N1) on his return from the United States.

Two weeks ago, a New Zealand tourist was admitted to the isolation ward of the hospital for suspected Influenza A (H1N1) but a blood test also showed up negative.

Going to work today is not so bad after all

What happened today at my work is quite a suprise for me, my colleague went on leave today, he will be back on tuesday so i thought i will have to carry the burden of 2 job since he is not here.

Well basically what i do today when i get to my work place is sending those photos of scrap to country which is Singapore,Indonesia,India,Australia,New Zealand,Malaysia,Taiwan,Hong Kong,Japan,Pakistan and Vietnam. Just by sending all those photo the countries took me half dayler, now i realise why my colleague got so many things to do.
My team leader transfer someone over today to help me to take photo (Thank God), just imagine everyday you take 200+ photo for 4months in a row.
Anyhow after i finnished send all those photo i got nothing else to do, so i just basically slacking around but of course without letting my team leader knowler if not he would *F* me upside down again.

When around 4.30pm my team leader received a call from someone, after he hang up he told us "Later meeting k, Big boss coming down, confirm die liao later"
After hearing that i know im in big trouble again, my wonderfull day will be spoilt yet again.

Then our team leader called me and another colleague which is helping me today to discuss how to answer if Big boss ask us question, while discussing halfway i saw someone holding a Seal wrap bullet walk toward us "OMG, boss is here" but untill now im still not sure why is he holding that? maybe he wanna hit us with that LOL.
Anyway the meeting begin, as usual alot of question regarding the backlot we are facing in our department. We were suppose to send GIDR list to HP(Hewlet-Packard) everyday 2 days, but up to date we havent send anything in the last 5 days, he ask how come we didnt send out the list for so many days? my team leader answer him that is because i have too much scrap to handle so i got no time to prepare the list. After some discussion he told us that "Now i tell u what, concentrate on GIDR 1st, that is our main priority, as for scrap don't have to take photo anymore since we got so many pallets in our hand, its junk anyway, so just key in and send out the scrap enough" i was so happy when i hear him say that.
When the meeting is over its already 5.15pm so basically i slack summore before punching out at 5.45pm.
Even though i know reading my blog is a boring thing but at least im enjoying posting it =).

Cops shoot four dead minutes after robbery and meal in victim’s home

JOHOR BARU: Four of the five robbers shot dead minutes after a robbery had time to raid their victim’s kitchen and enjoy the food there.
During the one-hour robbery, the men took turns to feast on chicken rice, chocolate cake and ice cream at the home of Syahrin Md Jamaludin, Education Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin’s political secretary.
The incident occurred around 2am in Kampung Sinaran Baru, Skudai, yesterday.
Syahrin’s wife Huzaimah Yahya, 33, who was tied up during the robbery, said two of the criminals ransacked her home looking for valuables while two others raided the fridge and opened pots and pans in the kitchen looking for food.
Huzaimah, an assistant registrar at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, said she was even made to teach the robbers how to use the remote control for the two cars at her home.
“I’m grateful my three children, who were sleeping, and I were not harmed during the robbery. I even asked the robbers not to make noise as I was worried about them waking up my children,” she said.
After ransacking the house, the robbers, including the fifth man who was believed to have waited outside the house, fled in one of the cars stolen from Syahrin’s house, a Proton Waja, around 3.10am.
Syahrin, 33, who was in Putrajaya, rushed back to Johor Baru after learning of the incident and praised police for their swift action.
He added that his house was broken into two years ago as well.
Johor police chief Dept Comm Datuk Mohd Mokhtar Mohd Shariff said police spotted the five suspects around 3.45am in the victim’s car on a slip road in Kempas leading to the Pasir Gudang highway.
DCP Mohd Mokhtar said despite police ordering the suspects to stop, they rammed the back of a police vehicle and attempted to run away on foot.
Suddenly, they turned back to attack the police with a gun and parangs, and police were forced to open fire to defend themselves, he said, adding that all five suspects, in their 20s, died at the scene. The suspects also had no valid travel documents.
DCP Mohd Mokhtar said police recovered a pistol, three bullets, three parangs, two knives, three screwdrivers, a cutter and goods stolen from the victims house.
“We also raided two homes believed to be where the suspects lived, in Kampung Semangat in Tampoi and Taman Mawar in Pasir Gudang,” he said, adding that four men and three women, aged between 20 and 48, were also arrested.
DCP Mohd Mokhtar said police believe the five suspects, from Gang Bonding, were involved in 22 violent robberies in Kota Tinggi, Simpang Renggam and Johor Baru.
They usually tied up their victims, ransacked homes and sometimes even raped their victims, he said, adding that several victims had also been injured.
Police were also investigating if the same group was involved in the robbery at Johor Baru (South) OCPD Asst Comm Zainuddin Yaakob’s home on April 30.

Getting fucked upside down, inside up is like a routine for me now

Hello everyone, how is your day?? well mine is the same, reached work place late then got warned by my team leader for coming work late all the time, well its not like i want to but im very very tired.
As you can see now i just reached home from work, and my work end at 8.45pm but i reached home at around 11.10pm.
To make matter worse today, me and my colleague(partner) got fucked upside down, inside up for not being able to clear our GIDR, let me roughly explain to you what is GIDR. GIDR is problem part, let's say this part is from A vendor, but in the system we can only choose vendor B or C. So what can they do?? they will put the part in a Pallet and usually i will key into my list when i have time and my partner will send all the list to country so that they can add in the vendor we wanted.
The problem is i need to clear up my Scrap parts as well, Scrap parts is those parts which can't be repaired anymore and is to be sell off to junkyard, but i do still have to take photo of every scrap part and my partner will send it to country to let them see which part that belongs to them we will scrap. My Scrap has already escalated to around 4 Pallet so of course i concentrate to clear my Scrap 1st.
But today consider bad luckler cause my executive want us to clear our GIDR because got alot of shortship parts so they need to know if all those parts are in GIDR Pallet, at 1st i thought it shouln'dt be so bad, i just need to clear GIDR then continue with my Scrap, but manatau when my team leader as us how many Pallets do we have and my partner told him "5 Pallet". PUTRAJAYA: The price of premium grade petrol RON97 will be increased to RM2 per litre from Sept 1 onwards, 20sen more per litre, when RON95 becomes available nationwide, said Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

RON95 petrol and Euro 2M grade diesel is expected to the market by Sept 1. Ismail’s predecessor, Datuk Shahrir Samad, had said in March that the prices for both upgraded fuels would be the same as the previous grades.

The higher grade RON95 will replace RON92 petrol but will be sold at the same price as the lower-grade petrol.

I skipped work today, not feeling very well, im still thinking whether to see doctor to get my MC or not? Its not that i don't want to get MC, its just that my budget is extremely tight due to medical bills for this month. Sigh, i don't know how am i going to answer my supervisor tomorrow if i didn't pass my MC to him, he won't accept and believe my reason anyway, its either i go see Doctor and collect my MC, but if i do i will have to tighten my stomach in order to have enough money to pay for my ultra scan this thursday OR skip the MC and give a bad impression on my supervisor which will cost me on my appraisal day. JOHOR BARU: A retired contractor is shocked to discover that fugitive Mas Selamat has been hiding out at his kampung house for the past several months.

The man, who only wished to be known as Pak Sabar, said he had actually allowed his son-in-law Johar Hassan and daughter Riza to live in the house in Kampung Tawakal, Skudai.

“I used to go back once a month to collect fruits and coffee beans from our orchard.

“I would even cut grass sometimes if I feel well enough, but I never once saw Mas Selamat there,” he said when met at his house in Kempas Permatang yesterday.

Johar has since been detained with Mas Selamat under the Internal Security Act along with another man, believed to be Abdul Matin.

Pak Sabar said he knew that Johar had allowed a friend to live in the house but did know who he was until the arrests.

He said he also did not believe that Mas Selamat paid any rental to live in the house as Johar only lived there occasionally with his family and that he was responsible for looking after another house in Bandar Baru Uda.

However, Pak Sabar said since his son-in-law’s arrest, acquaintances had started looking askance at the family, causing them stress and worry.

“Since then, it has been hard for us. People look at us differently and assume we are linked to terrorists,” he said, insisting that he and his family were innocent.

Pak Sabar said Johar’s arrest had also badly affected Riza, who was often distracted and had left her four children under his care while she went off to Kuala Lumpur to be with her sister.

Riza, he claimed, had met her husband twice since his arrest but did not say where.

Johar, said Pak Sabar, was too busy with his construction business to have the time to get involved in Jemaah Islamiah activities.

Puteri Wangsa assemblyman Datuk Abdul Halim Suleiman said it was shocking that a wanted and dangerous fugitive could live for months in a village of less than 100 people without arousing suspicion.

He also urged the marine police to step up patrols along the coastline.

Mas Selamat’s hideout was located in Abdul Halim’s constituency.

High Court (Appellate and Special Powers) judge Justice Abdul Aziz Abdul Rahim granted a declaratory relief to Nizar that he is still and was Mentri Besar at all material times.

The court, which issued a declaratory relief that Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abd Kadir had no right to occupy the office of Perak Mentri Besar, also ordered him to show cause and give information under what policy, power or authority he allegedly held office and exercised the responsibilities, functions and duties as Mentri Besar.

There was clapping and cheering in the packed courtroom when the ruling was handed down.

Justice Abdul Aziz, who read out his written judgment for more than an hour, said that Nizar, once appointed Mentri Besar, was only answerable to the State Legislative Assembly.

“Based on democratic practice, the vote of no-confidence should be taken on the floor of the assembly and only that way, he (Nizar) could be forced to resign. (Otherwise,) how could Nizar lose confidence on the purpose of Article 16 (6) of the Perak Constitution?,” Justice Abdul Aziz pointed out.

Article 16 ( 6) states that if the Mentri Besar ceases to command the confidence of the majority of the members of the Legislative Assembly then, unless at his request His Royal Highness dissolves the Legislative Assembly, he shall tender the resignation of the Executive Council.

In his suit filed on Feb 13, Nizar, a PAS member, challenged the legitimacy of Dr Zambry and the new state government.

The judge said Nizar only sought to get the declaratory relief to look into the relevant provisions of the Perak Constitution, particularly Article 16 (6) on grounds that there could not be two Mentris Besar, adding that the issue of justiciability over the Sultan’s power in the appointment of the Mentri Besar did not arise.

“If the respondent’s (Dr Zambry) claim is truly undeniable over the support of the three independent assemblymen, why didn’t the Barisan Nasional request for the assembly to have a special sitting to table a motion of no-confidence against the applicant (Nizar)? That would be on line with the democratic principle,” he said, adding: “I am of the view that the office of the Mentri Besar has not been vacated.”

Justice Abdul Aziz held that Nizar had advised the Sultan of Perak to dissolve the State Legislative Assembly, adding there was, however, no dissolution of the assembly, no motion of no confidence taken and adopted against the Mentri Besar and no resignation by Nizar.

The court also granted an injunction to prevent Dr Zambry or his agents from acting or implementing the responsibilities, functions and duties of Perak Mentri Besar.

On Perak Legal Adviser Datuk Ahmad Kamal Md Shahid’s claim that he was a neutral party in the proceedings, the judge said that Ahmad Kamal “had not applied his independent mind”, adding that to an extent, his evidence was “coloured” as he admitted to taking instructions from Dr Zambry’s lawyer when he was cross-examined on his affidavit.

“He is a very senior legal officer but he chose to use the word instructed instead of request or volunteered,” he said.

Datuk Cecil Abraham, who acted for Dr Zambry who was sworn in on Feb 6, applied orally for a stay against the judgment but this was rejected.

Abraham was told to file a written application incorporating relevant cases’ laws.

Lead counsel for Nizar, Sulaiman Abdullah said his client would seek an audience with the Sultan soon to seek a dissolution of the state assembly.

IPOH: Reinstated Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin left from the state secretariat building here at 7:45am Tuesday for Istana Iskandariah in Kuala Kangsar for a royal investiture ceremony.

He is expected to seek royal consent from the Raja Muda of Perak, Raja Nazrin Shah, to dissolve the State Legislative Assembly to pave the way for fresh state elections.

His aide Amran Harun, delivered a formal letter informing the palace of Nizar’s wish for an audience with the Sultan of Perak, Sultan Azlan Shah, to seek his royal consent to dissolve the Assembly. The letter was delivered at 8:20am.

The building was heavily guarded by Federal Reserve Unit (FRU) personnel, with some in riot gear.

Nizar and his entourage were momentarily stopped outside the gate when they tried to enter the compound. As the police tried to inform Nizar that only his exco members, the Speaker and him would be allowed entry, Nizar started reciting prayers.

They were then allowed in, but members of the media were prevented by the police and security personnel from advancing beyond the gate.

According to some witnesses, the police had told Nizar that they were acting under the instructions of State Secretary Datuk Dr Abdul Rahman Hashim.

Nizar, who was declared the rightful mentri besar by the Kuala Lumpur High Court on Monday, had actually suspended Abdul Rahman, although the letter of suspension had not been served yet.

Rightful MB Nizar seeks royal audience, FRU in Ipoh

KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here ruled on Monday that Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin is the rightful Perak Mentri Besar, and not Barisan Nasional’s Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir.
In an immediate response, Zambry said he would apply for a stay pending appeal. This was rejected by the court.
The court also ordered Zambry and the six executive councillors he had appointed to vacate their office.
An aide to Dr Zambry told the media that Perak Barisan Nasional will respect the court order and will vacate their offices at the state secretariat building immediately.
He added that Dr Zambry is on his way to Kuala Lumpur from Ipoh. Dr Zambry could not be reached for comment at press time.
Dr Zambry's private secretary Khairul Azwan Harun then asked the media to vacate the office, saying that their presence was "scaring off the staff."
By 5:30pm, several truckloads of Federal Reserve Unit personnel and police had arrived at the state secretariat building in Ipoh.
Nizar left the courtroom saying he would seek an audience with the Sultan of Perak, Sultan Azlan Shah, to get his consent to dissolve the Assembly and call for fresh state elections.
He would make his request for the audience at a state function at the Istana Kuala Kangsar Tuesday morning.
In his ruling Monday, Justice Abdul Aziz Abd Rahim said that a new mentri besar could not be appointed as the office had not been vacated.
He said a mentri besar can only be dismissed by a vote of no confidence, and upheld the Stephen Kalong Ningkan ruling.
He noted that the Perak State Legislative did not hold a vote of no confidence.
In 1966, Sarawak Chief Minister Datuk Stephen Kalong Ningkan was ousted when the state governor showed him a letter of no confidence issued by 21 out of 42 legislators and asked Ningkan to resign.
Ningkan refused, saying the letters were not tantamount to a vote of no confidence in the state legislative assembly. He was sacked by the governor but eventually reinstated by the Borneo High Court, which saw the necessity of a formal vote of no confidence.
According to the Nutgraph, the judge ruled ruled that the governor can only dismiss the chief minister when both these conditions are satisfied:
(a) The chief minister has lost the confidence of the House, and
(b) The chief minister has refused to resign and failed to advise a dissolution.
Nizar had filed for a judicial review on Feb 13, seeking a declaration that he is the rightful mentri besar of Perak and an injunction to bar Dr Zambry from discharging his duties as the mentri besar.
On March 6, Justice Lau Bee Lan had ruled that there were constitutional issues involving the interpretation of Article 16 (6) of the Perak Constitution and later referred four consitutional questions to the Federal Court for determination.
However, on March 23, the Federal Court ruled that the case of who the rightful mentri besar is should be heard by the High Court.
Nizar’s lead counsel Sulaiman Abdullah, in wrapping up his submissions last week, said the Constitution was the “genius of the Malaysian people”, adding that the court had a duty to uphold it. Over the last few days, he had submitted that the Sultan, while granted powers in the Perak Constitution to appoint a mentri besar, could not dismiss him.
The only way Nizar could be dismissed, he said, was through a vote of no-confidence in the House.
He also said that a mentri besar could request for the State Assembly to be dissolved in the middle of a term without losing the confidence of the majority of the House.
Dr Zambry’s lawyer Datuk Cecil Abraham, however, argued that Nizar went by Article 16(6) of the Perak Constitution when he sought an audience with the Sultan – this article specifically provides for the mentri besar to request for a dissolution when he has lost the confidence of the majority in the House.
Under the article, Nizar is required to tender the resignation of his executive councillors when his request was rejected, he said.

IPOH: It’s D-Day today, as far as the legal Mentri Besar in Perak is concerned.
The Kuala Lumpur High Court is expected to deliver its judgement at 2.30pm as to who is the rightful Mentri Besar.
Both Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin of Pakatan Rakyat and Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abd Kadir of Barisan Nasional are laying claim to the state’s chief executive post.
In the last few days, they have been busy attending separate functions as Mentri Besar while meeting their supporters and hurling accusations at each other.
At a meet-the-people session in Bukit Gantang yesterday, Dr Zambry lashed out at the opposition assemplymen for their “uncivilised” behaviour at the state assembly sitting on Thursday.
The pandemonium also saw former Pakatan Rakyat Speaker V. Sivakumar being forcibly removed from his chair and dragged out of the House.
Speaking to reporters at Dewan Changkat Jering, Dr Zambry also criticised certain press for highlighting certain statements made by the Pakatan.
An aide said that Dr Zambry has lost his patience with certain press.
“He cannot stand all the lies that the Opposition had levelled against him. He’s had enough. All this while he remained quiet. He controlled his temper but his patience has its limits,” said the aide.
Barisan Nasional toppled the 10-month-old Pakatan government in Perak in February after three Pakatan assemblymen left their respective parties to become Independents.
While Dr Zambry has refused to comment on the possible outcome of the court decision, a vociferous Nizar says he will seek an audience with the Sultan of Perak to dissolve the assembly should the court rule in his favour.
On Saturday, as he met his supporters in the coffee shops, bazaars and temples in Teluk Intan, Nizar said: “I am just going to listen to the court judgement, Whatever the outcome. I will plan my move from there.”
Meanwhile, sources said a defiant Sivakumar is expected to turn up at the Speaker’s office today.
His successor Datuk R. Ganesan is not amused, saying he will give Sivakumar some time to vacate and clear his belongings.
“I will enter the office only after he has done that,” he said.

JOHOR BARU: The landlord of the house where fugitive Mas Selamat Kastari was caught hiding in was arrested last week at his work place.
Villagers at Kampung Tawakal said the man, known as Johar, was a contractor.
They described him as the “quiet type,” just like Mas Selamat.
Many believed that it was Johar who had tipped off police about Mas Selamat’s whereabouts.
Villagers said that it was hard to keep track of people living in the area as many of the houses were rented out to tenants who kept moving out.
Snug refuge: This is the interior of the lower part of the house, where Mas Selamat spent most of his time. The room has two sofa sets, a punching bag, a shelf of books, a table, as well as an aquarium (on top of cabinet at right) containing dead fish in murky water.
Shopkeeper Roslan Talib, 39, said Johar often came to buy groceries from his shop.
“I heard that Mas Selamat often went fishing at the canal behind his house,’’ he said.
Rsolan said that it was a pity he did not know Mas Selamat lived nearby or they would have reported him to get the S$1mil (RM2.4mil) reward offered for his arrest.
The hunt for Mas Selamat, 48, began after the head of the Singapore Jemaah Islamiah escaped the Whitley Road Detention Centre in Singapore while on a toilet break on Feb 27, last year.
This sparked a massive regional hunt for the militant who is suspected to have planned various terror plots, including crashing a plane into Changi airport in Singpaore as well as attacking different targets, such as the American Embassy and the Singapore American School.
He was previously jailed in Bintan for using a fake identity card and was handed over to Singapore in 2006 for detention under the Internal Security Act without trial.

Fugitive militant finds rustic retreat away from prying eyes

JOHOR BARU: Fugitive militant Mas Selamat Kastari (pic) found the perfect spot to hide - a secluded village in Johor unmarked on any map, not even Google Earth.
He found a traditional kampung house on stilts in Kampung Tawakal, a tiny village with a population of less than 100.
Located about 10km away from the North-South Expressway near the Kempas exit, it is almost impossible to locate for those not familiar with the area.
All around are oil palm trees and there are no signboards pointing to the village as one drives along the main road of Jalan Kampung Maju Jaya.
About 5km away sits the exclusive Starhill Golf and Country Club.
Tawakal villagers are still shocked that a fugitive, described as dangerous by the authorities, had been living in their midst.
According to some of them, Mas Selamat rarely left his house and when he did venture out, it was usually after dark. He would be dressed in a long white robe and white turban.
At times, he was seen gardening in the sprawling compound using a hoe.
“Sometimes we would call out Assalamualaikum (peace be upon you) to him, and he would reply. But nothing more,” said a 10-year old girl who declined to be named.
“He never spoke to anyone and kept to himself. And he never prayed at the local surau,’’ said Mohd Saat Marjo, 56, a villager who lived opposite the fugitive’s home.

Showed a picture of Mas Selamat published in The Star, he exclaimed: “Yes, yes, he’s the man who lived here!”
Villagers relived the moment one early April morning when police stormed the house he was living in and arrested the fugitive.
Mohd Saat recalled: “It was about 6am. About 30 armed policemen surrounded the kampung house and ordered Mas Selamat to come out.
“When he refused, they broke through two doors and rushed in,’’ he said, adding that it was like a scene out of the police TV serial, Gerak Khas.
Mohd Saat said villagers then saw Mas Selamat being led out with his face covered in a dark blue checked cloth before he was swiftly bundled into a police vehicle and taken away.

He said police were also seen combing the area with bomb detectors to ensure that the house was free of explosives.
A peek into the house Mas Selamat was living in showed that things were neat and tidy - except for an aquarium with dead fish floating in murky water. A punching bag hung in the living area.
The house is surrounded by mangosteen, guava, coconut and banana trees.
According to Mohd Saat, Mas Selamat occupied the basement of the house which had been refurbished.
He was believed to be renting the house from a man called Johar, who lived in the upper portion of the house with his wife and two young children.
Villagers said even Johar and his family were reclusive and did not get involved in village activities.
“They also never received any visitors,’’ said Mohd Saat.

95. Tibet - Warmest decade in 1,000 years. Ice core records from the Dasuopu Glacier indicate that the last decade and last 50 years have been the warmest in 1,000 years. Meteorological records for the Tibetan Plateau show that annual temperatures increased 0.4�F (0.16�C) per decade and winter temperatures increased 0.6�F (0.32�C) per decade from 1955 to 1996.

96. Mongolia - Warmest century of the past millennium. A 1,738-year tree-ring record from remote alpine forests in the Tarvagatay Mountains indicates that 20th century temperatures in this region are the warmest of the last millennium. Tree growth during 1980-1999 was the highest of any 20-year period on record, and 8 of the 10 highest growth years occurred since 1950. PM: BN ready to work with opposition to resolve Perak crisis

PEKAN: Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said the Barisan Nasional government is willing to cooperate with opposition parties to resolve the political crisis in Perak but that does not mean that it would agree to a coalition government.

The prime minister said the cooperation should be based on the spirit of mutual respect and adherence to the country's law.

"Cooperation does not mean forming a coalition government. It doesn't have to be in that form... it can take various other forms but the most important thing is that there should be mutual respect," he told reporters after opening Pekan Umno branch meetings here Sunday.

Najib was commenting on the statement by DAP parliamentary leader Lim Kit Siang Saturday that he (Lim) was willing to meet Najib to discuss the Perak political impasse.

Najib stressed that the Perak political crisis could have been avoided if all parties had adhered to the law and respected one another.

"If we respect the law, and everyone should respect the law, there won't be any crisis and things won't turn into a crisis. But when all are claiming that they are right, then there are bound to be problems," he said.

Najib said the Barisan government had always kept an open attitude and had given best service to the people.

"We don't want the situation (in Perak) to prolong. We want to serve the people, for everyone in Perak and throughout the country," the prime minister said. - Bernama

434 under quarantine at JPJ training academy following meningitis outbreak

MALACCA: The Road Transport Department’s Tiang Dua training academy turned into a temporary home for 354 trainees and 80 officers who are quarantined here, following a suspected meningitis outbreak.

This was an increase from the initial 85 trainees quarantined as of Friday.

All training at the academy have been put on hold and would only resume after getting the Health Ministry’s green light, said department director-general Datuk Solah Mat Hassan.

Taking no chances: Trainee Mohd Ghaffry 24, was one of the 10 trainees warded at the Malacca Hospital’s isolation ward following the suspected meningitis outbreak at the Road Transport Department’s Training Academy at Tiang Dua early this week.

Also put on hold is the fresh intake of 215 trainees who were scheduled to begin their course on May 18.

A weekly review would be carried out, Solah told reporters after visiting several trainees at the Malacca Hospital.

Three RTD trainees were warded in the intensive care unit, with another 10 treated at the isolation ward.

The suspected bacterial meningitis outbreak was detected on May 7 when nine trainees were referred to the hospital here after they complained of fever, cough, headaches and joint pains.

On May 4, trainee Mohd Hafiz Zainudin, 24, from Kota Baru, Kelantan, succumbed to the infection while being rushed to the hospital here.

Another trainee from Penang was warded at the Bukit Mertajam Hospital when he returned home for the Labour Day break.

The academy has set up a special operations room and a direct line at 06-269 2666 for family members to get the latest information.

“The situation is under control,” said Solah.

“There is no need to panic. I am aware parents are worried, so we have also set up a special meeting area at the academy’s entrance so that they can meet their children.”

He said visits would be limited only to close family members, and under strict supervision of the health authorities.

The trainees are at the academy for a three-month assistant enforcement officer’s training course that began on March 8. They graduate on June 1.

In Kuala Lumpur, Transport Minister Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat said the Health Ministry was alerted about the cases to control any spread.

“At the same time, we also informed the parents about the latest development of their children,” he told reporters after opening the fourth Malaysia Calligraphy Exhibition at Wisma Kebudayaan SGM yesterday.

May is not a good month for me

im just gonna make it very quick today, im late for my gym with CS.
Yesterday was supposed to be a relaxing day for me because after the pressure i got from my work and so luckily im able to take off on saturday(yesterday) and today.
Me and my gal went over to Vivocity, im here almost 1 year and yesterday is the 1st time i go there, but nothing much interesting for me there because im not the type who love to shop unless all the shops there is replace with car's performance parts and accessories.
We went over to a shop in Vivocity called Forever 21, i believe mostly you all would know this shop right? What i want to say is i don't think they should change their name to Forever 40 or something. Well no offence to those who shop there nor those who works there, i just fell that the clothes there are abit dull and aunties ?? i can certainly see quite a few aunties shopping there.
Well anyway, after that we went over to orchard, oh i forget to mention, the reason i go shopping is because i want to buy a Nike shoe for my nephew which is 1 years old but i can't seems to find it anywhere except 1 mall in orchard( Sorry i can't remember the name of the mall but i know got Borders on the 1st floor). i managed to find the model of the shoe i wanted there but thats the last pair they got, i wanted to buy it so badly for my nephew but the size label located inside the shoe is torned so i got no choice but to give up and try to find in another store.
As we were about to scout around the mall in orchard something happen involving SPI but i won't say anything here cause i don't like to talk about SPI here because this is between me and them.
That sms from SPI basically ruined our 1st night of going out shopping together, so just went back home but at least me and my gal managed to sort out the problem involving SPI and us.
Reached Admiralty Station around 9.50pm, went over to the pastry shop and buy 8 pcs of bread which only cost me $4 and went back to sleep.
I fucking late for my gym liao, wonder CS will go back to sleep or not? i better go now, i will post later tonite.

Sigh, there's nothing much to post today, even if there's something to post about i don't think anyone would read my blog, but the hot topic for today in Malaysia and Singapore is the capture of Mas Selamat Bin Kasturi in Malaysia, but its a different topic that we are discussing in my work place, we talk about Mas Selamat but not about he got caught but its more about "HOW THE HELL MALAYSIA POLICE CAN CATCH AN INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL, ITS MALAYSIA WE ARE TALKING ABOUT" is he the one who manage to escaped 3 time from the detention center? hopefully he won't escape the 4th time. Bravo to Malaysia for making a name for themself, keep up the good works.
Anyway after i finnished work at 7.45, i went to a temple nearby Kembangan MRT with my Dear to do some prayer till 11.30pm, but in the end up have to take cab back from somewhere nearby Tampines Interchange because at 1st we thought we can make it to Tampines Interchange and took the last 969 but in the end we couln'dt make it so we alighted somewhere nearby Interchange and managed to take a cab just before midnite charge kicks in.
Reached Plaza 888 around 12.30am and we meet up with Sponge for supper before heading home.
Well its already almost 4am in the morning and i can't believe im still awake and still managed to post something on my blog.

Perak pandemonium: It was a conspiracy, says Sivakumar

IPOH: Ousted Perak Assembly Speaker V. Sivakumar was in full fiery mode as he lashed out at the Barisan Nasional for the chaos that erupted during Thursday’s State Assembly sitting.
He also accused the State Secretary of “conspiring” with the Barisan to cause his downfall during the proceedings that saw him being replaced by MIC’s Datuk R. Ganesan.
Among other things, Sivakumar was livid at his microphone being switched off; policemen and outsiders being allowed into the hall; various officials refusing his orders; and pressmen being restricted from covering the event.
“What is all this? This shows there was an agenda to usurp the Speaker. If this is not a conspiracy, I don’t know what is,” he told a press conference at Wisma DAP here Friday.
Even the Sergeant-at-Arms was not spared as Sivakumar accused him of practising double standards and refusing to obey his orders.
DAP stalwart and Ipoh Timor MP Lim Kit Siang, who was also present, described Thursday’s assembly as “a day of infamy for Perak and Malaysia.”

IPOH: The Perak State Assembly sitting turned ugly with scenes of shoving, scuffling and shouting among elected representatives, reminiscent of Taiwanese parliamentary sessions.
Some of the most shameful scenes in Malaysian politics were seen yesterday as former Pakatan Rakyat Speaker V. Sivakumar suffered the indignity of being dragged out of the House by policemen as assemblymen in full regalia stood on chairs and shouted at each other. Several Barisan Nasional motions were passed during the chaotic proceedings under new Speaker Datuk R. Ganesan, and the only semblance of peace came when a “truce” was called at 3.10pm for the royal address by the Raja Muda of Perak, who was forced to wait for about five hours.
The sitting was adjourned sine die at 4.05pm but the war of words continued with Barisan and Pakatan leaders holding press conferences to attack each other.
Outside, police presence was strong as several Pakatan leaders and supporters were arrested. There were also scuffles when Pakatan leaders were prevented from entering the State Secretariat.

Alleged Singapore militant arrested in Malaysia

The alleged leader of an Islamic militant group accused of plotting to crash an airliner in Singapore has been arrested in Malaysia after more than a year on the run, according to local media.
Mas Selamat bin Kastari was caught on April 1 and has been held in custody by Malaysian authorities since then, Singapore's Straits Times reported.
Broadcaster Channel NewsAsia also reported the arrest.
Security officials in both nations had no immediate comment to make on the reports.
Kastari is said to be head of the Singapore cell of Jemaah Islamiyah (JI), an underground group linked to Al-Qaeda and blamed for the 2002 Bali bombing and other bloody attacks in Southeast Asia.
Singapore officials alleged he was part of a plot to hijack an airliner in Bangkok and crash it into Changi airport -- one of Asia's busiest -- in 2001 following the September 11 attacks that year in the United States.
Now 48, he escaped from his high-security detention centre in Singapore on February 27 last year after squeezing through a toilet window that had no bars and climbing over a fence.
Kastari's escape triggered a massive manhunt, but a flood of tips from the public, some inspired by a bounty of one million Singapore dollars (647,520 US dollars) put up by two local businessmen, turned out to be false alarms.
He had not been formally charged at the time of his escape, and was being held under the Internal Security Act which allows for detention without trial.
The Straits Times cited "senior intelligence sources" as saying Kastari was arrested on April 1 in Malaysia's Johor state, which neighbours Singapore.
It is believed he is being held for interrogation by Malaysian authorities under its own internal security law, which also allows for detention without trial.
The newspaper said he was thought to have been in Johor all the time since his escape, and that his re-arrest followed a joint operation by Malaysian and Singaporean security agencies.
Kastari had fled Singapore in December 2001 following an Internal Security Department operation against Jemaah Islamiyah. He was arrested in Indonesia in 2006 and handed back.
His escape made the strict city-state an object of ridicule and triggered a sweeping review of security measures.
Nine officers and guards were penalised for lapses that allowed Kastari to escape. Two were sacked and three demoted, but calls for a high-level shake-up were ignored by the government.

How come now only they announce out that they already caught Mas Selamat when they already managed to catched him on 1st April?

Youth oversleeps after sex with teenager

KUANTAN: A teenaged couple, who had spent the night together having sex in the girl’s house, was caught after the boyfriend apparently dozed off.

The girl’s stepmother was shocked to find the naked man in bed with the sleeping girl when she came to wake her up for school on Tuesday morning.

State CID chief Asst Comm T. Narenasagaran said the stepmother, aged 46, went to the girl’s room on the second floor of the house at about 7.10am.

When she opened the door, she spotted the 18-year-old youth, who then got up to dress.

“The woman questioned the youth, who later admitted having sex with the girl as they were lovers.

“A police report was lodged and we have detained the youth,” he said, adding that initial investigations revealed that the youth had sneaked into the girl’s room the night before.

The case has been classified as rape.

Its late already so this post will be a short one.
Today everything is mundane except that i took the wrong bus in the morning and i end up reaching my work place at 9am. By the way i start work at 8.30am.
Anyway i start of with my daily routine at work which is taking photo of scrap parts, i hate doing this cause everyday there will be like 500 - 600pcs of scrap parts i need to take photo but in a day i only managed to take around 200+ photos, and now the parts has already escalated to 3 - 4 pallets which is roughly around 1000pcs in total =.= .
While working halfway suddenly i keep sneezing and flu kicks in, u know what? 2 of colleagues who sit beside me suddenly push their seats away from me and look at me in a weird way, can you believe that? and one of them even dare to tell "Eh, don't sneeze at me, you got swine flu". Yesterday he is the one who is sneezing and feeling unwell and i didn't say a word and now he turned his back on me, what kind of friend is that huh.
While we were teasing each other, one of my colleague who happen to walk near us sneeze very loud and we all look at him and we shout out FLU BABI!! All of us had a good laugh then.
But after that nothing much happen, just keep on taking photo till 9.15pm, Don't be mistaken, my working hour is from 8.30am - 5.45pm but i O.T today so thats why i work till 9.15pm.
Meet up with my Dear at Tampines Interchange after my work and we went to McD to eat dinner before we departed at around 11pm.
So i just reached home and im very tired now so i guess i better take a good rest now cause tomorrow will be another boring and pressure day for me at work.
Before i forget, i would like to wish you all A Happy Vesak Day to those who are celebrating and for those who don't celebrate, please don't go to the temple tomorrow and make the temple crowded for people like us to pray..I Hate Crowded Places.

The 1st day of my 22 years old

Let's talk about yesterday, CS and Sponge managed to come over my place at last. CS got no choice but to abandon his bicycle over there and took a cab over to my place and we had dinner at Plaza 888. Oh ya, forget to thanx CS,Sponge and my dear for that lovely chicken bun they bought over at 7-eleven and pretend it as my cake, but i realise now in year 2009 no people use candles anymore, they use cigarettes as my candle. Well we hangout till around 2am in the morning then i went back to sleep not before lending my laptop to CS and Sponge where they ton till 6am then go back.

What should i talk about my birth date,
Hell of a day for me. I tot usually on your birthday things will go your way, but not in my case, Singapore General Hospital just called today regarding my Ultra Scan appointment which will be on 14th may, what shocked me is that the nurse told me the bill will be a whooping $256, that means my overall medical bill is at $400+ at the moment, I didn't know that my ball(testis) would worth this much, and its only 1 side so both of my balls(testis) are worth $800+ :) Cool right!!

Anyway my dear sms me and told me bout this news....

Wow, I can't believe i start to blog now. In 2 hours time i will be a year older and im officially an old uncle. Can't believe how time flies.
Currently im still waiting for CS and Sponge in my room with my dear, we were so hungry now but CS just called and told us that he punctured his bicycle tyre, i guess this mean HE IS FAT!!! its time for him to on diet. So now they're trying to flag down lorry to help to bring them and their bicycle to my place.
